Information on the Service Provider
To protect the security and safety of its customers, Oh Yes runs background checks on service providers. During the on-boarding process, Oh Yes engages into a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with each service provider. This effort is a serious attempt to provide our customers with the best and most efficient service possible. Oh Yes disclaims full duty for the appropriateness, dependability, timeliness, or accuracy of the services offered.
Account and password security
It is the customer’s entire responsibility to keep the password and service account issued by Oh Yes for accessing the offered service confidential. Customer is entirely accountable for all actions taken using the password or account. Oh Yes has no control over how any customer’s account is used, and it explicitly disclaims any liability resulting from that. The consumer should contact Oh Yes right away to block the account if they have any suspicions regarding the actions on the account or any account breaches.
THIRD PARTY SERVICES
(a) The Platform may contain links to third-party services as well as services, and information that are owned, licensed to, or otherwise made available by third parties (“Third Party Services”). You understand and agree that using any Third Party Services is totally at your own risk and that any Third Party Services are the exclusive responsibility of the third party that produced or offered them.
(b) We do not guarantee the truth or completeness of any Third Party Services, and we disclaim all warranties and responsibilities resulting from or related to such Third Party Services. In the event that you use a third-party service, you will be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy statement of the third parties offering the third-party service.
(c) If the user decides not to proceed with the service after arrival of the partner, consultation charge will be applicable
(d) The amount shown in our app is a base price for the specified services, it may vary according to the work modes.
Terms & Conditions’ and Other Policies’ Changes
The terms and conditions and any privacy policies may be changed, deleted, or replaced at any time by Oh Yes, in our sole discretion, with or without prior notification to the client. We reserve the right to judge what constitutes a material change. We pledge to make an honest attempt to submit the revisions via mail and application in order for them to be accepted. We ask that clients and service providers periodically check the policies and terms & conditions to ensure that they are current. You agree to be bound by the updated terms if you access or use our service after those updates take effect. Please discontinue using the Service if the new terms do not satisfy you.
